Michael G. Hickman, 60, has been charged with 2 counts of DUI manslaughter after the September 2009 car crash that left Sister Karinne O’Malley and Sister Ann McFall dead. The Catholic nuns were teachers at St. Andrews Catholic School in Cape Coral, FL.
A state lab report found that Hickman’s blood alcohol level was .228, nearly 3 times the legal limit. In spite of the BAC level, Hickman’s attorney has said that his client plans to plead not guilty.

Admitted to practice law in all federal multidistrict litigation courts, the California State Bar and the Florida Bar. His philosophy is to provide aggressive, quality representations and seek fair compensation for individuals and their families who have suffered injury, death, or sexual abuse.
